Spreadsheets are good at lists, not publishing

A spreadsheet can hold item names and prices, but restaurants still need a separate process to turn that data into a guest-friendly website, QR menu or screen.

The better alternative

A practical menu manager should let the team edit structured items, control availability, reorder categories and publish to the guest experience without design work each time.

Use spreadsheets where they still help

CSV import or export can remain useful for bulk editing or backup. The goal is not to ban spreadsheets; it is to stop making them the live guest experience.
